Rental Terms and Conditions

The chalet is rentet for full weeks only from Saturday to Saturday, unless other agreement has been made with the owner.

Check in Saturday from:        14:00 hours

Check out Saturday latest:     12:00 hours

The chalet is equipped with towels and bed linned which you are requested to wash and tumble dry prior to your departure from the chalet. Alternatively you can bring your own bed linned which saves you time to wash and tumble dry upon departure.

Cleaning is not included in the rental price wherefore your are requested to clean the chalet before your departure.

Electricity is not included in the rental price. You have to register the meter status by arrival and departure and inform the owner of the consumtion during you stay. 1 kwh cost 0,075 euro which corresponds 0,55 dkr.

In case of failure to properly wash and dry towles/bed linned and/or arrange for necessary cleaning of the chalet prior to you departure, owners will subtract a necessary amount from your deposit to arrange for this in alternative ways.

Vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils are available at the chalet for your use.

Owners representative will make an inspection of the chalet between each rental period.

You are responsible for any damage to the chalet or its interior during your stay and you are requested to inform the owner by telephone as soon as possible in case of damage to the chalet or its interior during your stay.

Upon completion of your rental period please return the key to the owner by mail along with the electricity consumption.

Upon receipt of the key owners will return your deposit in full, provided the chalet has been vacated in a proper and clean condition, towels and bed linned cleaned and properly placed in their places in the chalet and no damage has been caused to the chalet or its interior during your stay.

Small dogs are allowed in the chalet if the owner is properly advised at time of booking, subject to a maximum of 2 small dogs at any time. The dogs are not allowed in the furniture/beds etc.. All other pets are not allowed in the chalet. Guests are entirely responsible for any damage caused by their dogs.

Smoking is not allowed in the Kitchen and bedrooms (please in general keep inside smooking at a minimum).

Photos, floor plans and description of this chalet and the area are meant to give the guests an impression of the place only. Owners are not liable for any inaccuracies or wrong impressions given to the guests herefrom.
